Hotel cancellation insurance
If you conclude a hotel cancellation insurance by ERGO-Reiseversicherung on our website or via the online reservation system cbooking of HotelNetSolutions GmbH, your data will be transmitted to ERGO-Reiseversicherung. Only the data that is absolutely necessary for the transaction and the settlement process is used and encrypted. Hotel reviews
For the purposes of quality management and hotel evaluation by our hotel guests, we have integrated on our website a hotel rating software from TrustYou. Former guests can submit an anonymous review of our hotel after check-out. We will send you an e-mail a few days after departure to ask for your hotel review. You have the right at any time to object to the use or not to perform the requested hotel rating. We have concluded a contract data processing contract with TrustYou. TrustYou is committed to the privacy of your transmitted data and takes all organizational and technical measures to protect your data.

7. Chat Application on our website
DialogShift
Our website uses the chat application of DialogShift GmbH, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin. This application processes and stores data for the purpose of web analysis, to operate the chat application and to answer queries.
For the operation of the chat function, the chat texts are stored and a cookie with a unique ID is set - this is used to recognise you as a customer.
